Description

The United States Air Force (USAF) 771 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) is in the process of considering an acquisition strategy for procuring a web-based Supplier Risk Reference Database subscription that will be used by the Air Force Instillation Contracting Center (AFICC) for risk management of potential suppliers. This data has been supplied in the past through a subscription with Dun and Bradstreet. Disclaimer AFICC 771st ESS is currently conducting market research to determine qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. The information requested by this notice will be used within the Air Force for market research purposes only and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Should a future requirement(s) evolve from this preliminary planning process, it is anticipated the period of performance will include a base year spanning one year from award date and four12 month option periods. It is anticipated the contractor will be required to provide subscription services. The services provided are outlined in the Draft PWS attached. Background Capability information should include a brief description of experience (Commercial or Government) in providing the requirements similar to those described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The capability package must be clear, concise, and complete. The Air Force is under no obligation to provide feedback to the company, or to contract the company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this request. Capability packages should be limited to no more than 10 pages.
