- Background: The laser-cut Dont Tread on Me and Reverse USA flag badges described in Bulletin No. 302 (attached) are delaminating after laundering. The Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility (NCTRF) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) adhesive for use in assembly of the laser-cut badges. Table I (see attached) Interested Parties: To respond to this RFI, interested parties are REQUIRED to submit the following in order for NCTRF to efficiently evaluate the viability and benefit of the proposed adhesive(s): A one page cover sheet that identifies the interested party and their affiliation with the RFI. The cover sheet should also identify the technical point of contact to include email and phone number.
