Grounds Maintenance Services, inclusive of providing healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance that represents the facility in its best appearance to enhance public relation and attractiveness is required at the Bluefield Memorial U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 532 Cumberland Road, Bluefield, WV 24701 (WV005).
