- This is a Construction IDIQ Contract for Miscellaneous Paving, Concrete and Minor Construction at Naval Weapons Station Earle (NWSE), Colts Neck and Leonardo, NJ.� The Contractor shall supply all labor, supervision, management, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to provide minor construction, repair and alteration of pavements, roadways, sidewalks, reinforced concrrete work, utility work, guide rails, concrete bridge repair, loading platforms and concrete bunkers and magazines at NWSE to fulfill the requirements of task orders (TO's) isssued on an IDIQ, as needed basis.� All work shall be completed as specified in the indiviual TO's issued.�
