Description

Solicitation N66604-20-R-8249:�This construction requirement is for �the renovation of the second floor in a building located at�NUWC Division Newport.� Project shall be completed� in accordance with RFP Attachment #1, Drawing 18-052A (23 pages) and Attachment #2, Specification titled Second Floor Renovation Building 1171A dated 03/19/2019 (486 pages). The work includes the removal of existing and provision of flooring, suspended acoustical ceiling, light fixtures, exterior windows, HVAC system, and incidental related work. Work will primarily take place on the second floor of a two story, 10,000 sf, metal building. Existing window sealant contains Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs).� The onsite supervision will require two (2) qualified individuals serving the roles of superintendent, quality control manager, and site safety and health officer. Contractors do not have to�be JCP certified to receive the drawings and specifications but they must have an active CAGE Code.� If you are unable to request the drawings and specification in beta.sam, please send e-mail to Ashley.Zannikos@navy.mil and leslie.brazil@navy.mil and include company name, complete address and CAGE code.�
