- The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed price, sole source contract for the installation of EEU Environmental Control Systems (ECS), to include Operational specifications testing, in support of the Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD). All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.��� The 2016 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811219, the size standard is $20.5M and the Service Code is 5999.� You must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award.� You may register at for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
