- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), WA intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed price award to�Glenair Inc., 1211 Air Way, Glendale, CA 91201-2405 �IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The justification for the sole source� is because�Glenair Inc.�is the only�identified�firm�capable of providing Communications HUB and cables that seamlesly integrate with the ARC-4 Augmented Reality HUD. The ARC-4�AR HUD was manufactured specifically to fit Glenair family of connectors and hubs. Elements of the ARC-4 AR HUD are proprietary technology of Glenair Inc. The intended delivery date for the item(s) is�60 days�after receipt of award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
