Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Joint Base Lewis-McChord intends to issue a sole?source, firm?fixed price award to Doron Precision Systems Inc. P.O. Box 400 Binghamton, New York 13902 IAW FAR 13.106?1(b)(1). The justification for the sole source is because Doron Precision Systems, Inc. is the only truck simulation provider capable of providing a system with both a driver and passenger seat mimicking an oversized vehicle CAB needed to provide the most realistic training experience. However, the Government shall consider all responses received by 5 June 2020 at 1200 EST. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. MICC ? Joint Base Lewis-McChord will not responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
