- The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) � Armaments Center, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract to New Jersey Innovation Institute, 323 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Newark, NJ 07102-1824 for the TARC Process Technology Development. New Jersey Innovation Institute is a large business and has engineers and employees with the experience and expertise of executing the work. The Authority for this procurement comes under 10 USC 2304(c) (1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAICS code for this effort is 541715 and the small business sized standard is 1000 employees. A Justification Review Document for other than full and open competition was approved 19 May 2020 and the redacted document is attached to this notice.� All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than June 18, 2020 in writing.
