- Removal of Six Houses at Shiloh National Military Park Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Dismantling, Demolition, or Removal of Improvements of SIX (6) EXCESS HOUSES, AND ANY ASSOCIATED OUTBUILDINGS, ALL CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS, AND ANY OTHER BUILDING COMPONENTS. HUD CLEARANCE DTD 3/15/2020, COMPLIANCE PEPC #70658. All disturbed areas will be graded, seeded, and wheat straw placed to prevent erosion from these sites. Four (4) houses are located in Shiloh, Tennessee and two (2) houses are located in Corinth, Mississippi. Solicitation Number: 140P5220Q0048 Request For Quotations (RFQ): This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), and incorporates all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-05D thru March 30, 2020. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR PART 13�SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES and SUBPART 37.3 - Dismantling, Demolition, or Removal of Improvements. POSTING: beta.SAM.gov and FedConnect.net (check sites periodically for update or amendments) SET-ASIDE: The acquisition is 100% Set-Aside Small Business. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 Site Preparation Contractors and the corresponding Small Business size standard is $16.5 million average annual receipts. SITE VISIT: Strongly recommended for prospective bidders. Please contact Randy Martin, Facility Manager at 731-689-5275 to schedule date and time of the Site visit. PREPARATION OF QUOTATION/OFFER: Any prospective contractor desiring consideration must complete the SF-18, BID SCHEDULE or detailed price breakdown on Letterhead Stationery and the applicable reps & certs in Section K or electronic annual representations and certifications at SAM accessed via https://www.acaquisition.gov. OFFER DUE DATE/LOCAL TIME on or before 06/18/2019 / 10 AM CT. Electronic submission via email andre_ward@nps.gov or FedConnect.net will be accepted. Please do not submit hard copies. EVALUATION PROCEDURES: Formal evaluation plans and establishing a competitive range, conducting discussions, and scoring quotations or offers are not required. (2) If only one response is received, include a statement of price reasonableness in the contract file.
