- Description
- This is a non-personnel services contract to maintain the renewable energy facilities installed on Fort Irwin and their supporting infrastructure. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to maintain renewable energy facilities installed on Fort Irwin and their supporting infrastructure as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Objectives: Operate and Maintain Government-Owned Fort Irwin Renewable Energy Systems (FIRES), the list of the renewable energy facilities are as follows: ���� 1 MW Soitec based Concentrated PhotoVoltaic (CPV) plant ���� 2.4DC/2.0AC MW Hospital solar plant ���� Facilities >100 kw, <1MW including; o Building 990 507 kW car port mounted PhotoVoltaic (PV) o Building 998 254 kW car port mounted PV o RUFMA 108 kW shelter mounted PV ���� Faciliti� s <100 kw o o Building 237 10.2 kW roof mounted PV o Building 254 18.4 kW roof mounted PV o Building 452 19 kW roof mounted PV o Building 990 15.8 kW roof mounted PV o Building 4980 13kW roof mounted PV ���� Net Zero o Ammo Supply Point (ASP) net zero roof mounted PV, battery storage, and inverter(s) o Theatre Support Division (TSD) net zero roof mounted PV, battery storage, and inverter(s) ���� Telemetry system located in Building 384 ���� Major / Emergency Maintenance ���� Major repairs of CPV �
