- Janitorial Services for the FAA Reno Flight Standards District Office located�in the State of Nevada.� The Contractor must be familiar and experienced in the maintenance and cleaning of federal facilities. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, suspension, transportation and other items or services necessary to provide complete�janitorial services in accordance with this specification for the�Reno Flight Standards District Office�(Please see Statement of work titled ""Primary Reno FSDO SOW""). This contract requirement is being set aside for competition amongst small businesses only. Please note that a site visit�will not be�offered but detailed pictures along with�a floorplan will be provided. Contractors must be registered on the System for Awards Management (beta.SAM.gov) website before any contract award can be made. Offers may be submitted by the following method: Email: camron.phillips@faa.gov Email submissions are permissible, but transmission is at the Sender�s risk. The Government is not responsible for lost or incomplete offers as a result of electronic transmission.�� A completed Solicitation, Offer, and Award for this solicitation with original signature (including Schedule), and Sections B � K along with any Amendment(s) issued. (NOTE: Ensure you (Offeror) complete all sections)� Notice To Bidders: Please submit pricing for attachment labeled ""Primary Section B Pricing Reno FSDO"". Also Please remember to submit pricing for attachment labeled ""Additional Level 2 Section B Pricing Reno FSDO"". Although this pricing will not be apart of the evaluation process for the primary requirement; submitted pricing must still be fair and reasonable to be considered. All submissions are due no later than�June 15, 2020 5:00PDT.
