- Description
- This Solicitation is intended to result in a firm fixed-price (FFP) contract for Facilities Maintenance Support Services for the USAGM Philippines Transmitting Station.� The successful offeror shall provide services to support daily 24-hour operations. � The Contractor shall provide Facilities Maintenance Support services for the U.S Agency for Global Media, Broadcasting Board of Governors at Tinang, Concepcion, Tarlac, Philippines. (Refer to Attachment 5 of the RFP.) The Contractor shall include all planning, administration, and management necessary to assure that all services comply with this contract, and all applicable laws and regulations. The Contractor shall meet all of the standards of performance identified in the contract. The Contractor shall perform all related support functions such as supply, subcontracting, quality control, financial oversight, and maintenance of complete records and files. Required supplies, materials, and equipment shall be provided by the Government, per Attachment 1 of the RFP, Government Furnished Property. The contractor shall consistently accomplish station facilities maintenance services as defined in the RFP, including but not limited to the following: STANDARD SERVICES:� The Contractor shall provide Facilities Maintenance Support services for the U.S Agency for Global Media, Broadcasting Board of Governors at Tinang, Concepcion, Tarlac.� The Contractor shall include all planning, administration, and management necessary to assure that all services comply with this contract, and all applicable laws and regulations. The Contractor shall meet all of the standards of performance identified in the contract. The Contractor shall perform all related support functions such as supply, subcontracting, quality control, financial oversight, and maintenance of complete records and files. Required supplies, materials, and equipment shall be provided by the Government, per Attachment 1, Government Furnished Property.� Standard Services shall include Electrician Services,�Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair,�Real Property Maintenance & Repair,�Warehouse Support,�Switchboard Operation & Related Services, and Maintenance & Repair of Government Owned Vehicles (GOVs), Heavy Equipment, Utility Vehicles (UTVs), and gasoline/diesel powered tools. TERMPORARY ADDITIONAL SERVICES:� Temporary Additional Services are defined as Standard Services but are required at times other than the normal workday. These services shall support system failures, special events, or emergencies at the Station. The Contractor shall provide these services in addition to services specified in Paragraphs 1.7 through 1.8 of the RFP. The COR shall order these services as needed. This work shall be performed by trained employees of the Contractor and shall not be subcontracted.� Potential offerors are advised to read carefully the entire RFP and to follow all instruction contained in SECTION 3 - SOLICITATION PROVISIONS.� The offeror�s quote must be complete, sufficient and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. It will be the sole responsibility of the offeror to ensure that its proposal is received by the Government at the stated deadline date and time. The offeror�s proposed price must be quoted in U.S. Dollars and Philippines Pesos.�
