Description

Palo Alto PA - Replace Dental Casework B100 CONSTR VA Palo Alto Health Care System Project #: 640-20-117 The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 plans to issue a solicitation requesting construction work to: Replace the existing casework in the dental treatment rooms for the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304. Work shall include, but be not limited to the following: All necessary labor, material, supervision and transportation necessary to personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install all components necessary to remove, replace, and configure casework in the dental labs, as well as some work with associated plumbing, existing medical gas valves, electrical outlets, and associated safety measures. PLEASE NOTE The full solicitation will be a total SDVOSB Set-Aside. Offers will only be accepted from concerns already registered and verified in VIP and SAM. Particulars: The duration of this project will be 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). This announcement is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Full solicitation documents are estimated to be available on or about June 19, 2020. A site visit will be scheduled to be held on-site at a time detailed in during the solicitation phase of this requirement. Please confirm exact location, date, and time of site visit in the solicitation. All offerors are highly encouraged and expected to attend the site visit. IAW FAR 36.204 and VAAR 836.204: Estimated project cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Questions regarding this presolicitation may be sent to timothy.saffles@va.gov.
