Description

The National Park Service, Blue Ridge Parkway, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to replace an aging utility tractor, including sickle mower and flail mower attachments with current year models that adhere to the attached specifications. Delivery address is: Blue Ridge Parkway, Gillespie Gap Maintenance Area, 214 Parkway Maintenance Road, Spruce Pine, NC 28777 The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the quote that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code is 333111 Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing 1,250 The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
