- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSNs 1015-01-096-8583 filter element kit and 4330-01-109-2064 fluid pressure parts kit.� An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a three year base period and 2 option years is anticipated. �FOB origin is required; inspection/acceptance is at origin.� This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date on or about 6/19/2020. �Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.��� This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. �The small business size standard is 1,000 employees for NAICS code is 332994 (1015-01-096-8583) and 500 employees for NAICS code 333999 (4330-01-109-2064).� While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and surge & sustainment.� The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government.� Total duration shall not exceed five years.� Based on market research the items are manufactured for military use only and are not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for these items.� However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government�s requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice.� NSN ��������������������������������������� CAGE/Drawing Number 1015-01-096-8583��������������������� 19204/5911304 4330-01-109-2064��������������������� 19207/5705228 NSN���������������������������� Annual Demand Qty ���������������� Delivery Schedule (days) 1015-01-096-8583��������� 28�������������������������������������������� 226 4330-01-109-2064��������� 335������������������������������������������ 126
