- THIS POSTING IS ACTIVE.� THE SITE VISIT WILL BE FLUID DUE TO NATIONAL SHUT DOWN BUT IS SCHEDULED FOR MAY 27TH, 2020. THIS IS A SOLCITATION NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED BY BEST VALUE TO GOVERNMENT WITH THE ATTACHED CRITERIA AND STATEMENT OF WORK.� PLEASE SEE ALL ATTACHED DOCUMENTATION.� QUOTES WILL BE DUE BY�JUNE 15, 2020. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON�MAY 27TH AT 9:00 A.M. .� THIS WILL BE THE ONLY SITE VISIT.� SEE ATTACHED INSTRUSTIONS IN REGARD TO SITE VISIT. FCC Terre Haute is a Federal Correctional Facility located at 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47802. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the complete construction of the work in accordance with federal, state, local, and national building codes. The work is required within the confines of the secure perimeter. The project consists of installing and replacing 2 pedestrian gates; and 2 15x15 vehicle gates along with operating components. A detailed statement of work will be posted with the solicitation.� The performance period for this project will be�61 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000. and $250,000. The solicitation will be available on or about�February 18th, 2020. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations (GSA) Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov Hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available. The website provides download instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including any amendments, will also be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure that they have the most recent information about this proposed contract action. The NAICS code for this requirement is�332312 with a small business size standard of�500 employees. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered in the system for award management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, which includes Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). Any prospective bidder's SAM registration must include the applicable NAICS code�332312 for this acquisition. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. This is a 100 percent small business set-aside. Bidders must be registered in SAM as a small business for the applicable NAICS code (reference provision 52.219-1 of the ORCA portion of SAM)
