COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140R4020Q0060 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05 effective 02/27/2020. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 335999- All other miscellaneous electrical equipment and component manufacturing, with a small business size standard of no more than 500 employees. SUBMITALS - Written, signed offers on a company letterhead with contact information are due no later than 16 June 2020 by electronic mail to bbass@usbr.gov. Please note any submission requirements when submitting materials for consideration. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Glen Canyon Dam is a hydro-electric power plant located in Page, Arizona. It is operated and maintained by the Glen Canyon Field Division, a division of the US Bureau of Reclamation. Glen Canyon has undertaken an effort to rebuild its Generator step-up (GSU) transformer control cabinets. To facilitate this, Glen Canyon is seeking to procure the equipment and material listed within. A. The contractor shall provide all the items in the quantities listed in the excel attachment for use in the rebuild of the GSU transformer control cabinets. B. Listed products must be compatible with associated products listed. C. Quantities shown are minimum amounts of each item. (b) Prohibition. Section 889(a)(1)(A) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Pub.
