This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only.� It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information, from small businesses in all socio-economic categories to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are capable of performing the below requirement. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 561730 �Landscaping Services�� The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published via https://beta.sam.gov/ in the near future.� The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance consisting of one (1) 9-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. � 2. PROJECT SCOPE & LOCATION(s): (1) MAJ James J. O�Donovan AFRC, 90 North Main Avenue, Albany, NY 12203 (2) Army Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) # 8, 101 Remsen Street, Rotterdam, NY 12306. SEE ATTACHED DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT & SITE MAPS FOR SPECIFIC DETAILS. 3. PREVIOUS CONTRACT: �� New Life Maintenance & Repairs W15QKN-15-D-1222 $58,100.00 Period of Performance: 12-month base period plus 4 �12-month option periods 4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via email.
