- Page 2 of 2 The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to solicit a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside for brand name Boyd Industries, Inc. or equal Trendelenburg position surgery table for Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) located in Chicago, Illinois. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 19. Contract will be firm fixed price and the corresponding NAICS Code 339114. This will be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside solicitation. Please see Request for Quote (RFQ) document 36C25220Q0595 for details in the near future. This RFQ will be posted on or around Thursday, June 04, 2020. Offers will be due no later than 11:00pm. Local Time on Thursday, June 11, 2020.
