- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. The solicitation is 36C24420Q0645 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. This solicitation is a 100% Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 332992. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Erie VA Medical Center, Erie, PA 16504 has a Brand Name Only requirement for various items of ammunition. A copy of the justification is attached along with a PDF copy of solicitation 36C24420Q0645. Please download both documents for all details, required items, information and requirements for submission of quotes. Completion is required as outlined in the solicitation document. Quotes are to be submitted FOB Destination Only, with delivery to the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215. Questions regarding this requirement shall be submitted in writing only, to jennifer.cutshall2@va.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, and shall be submitted electronically to jennifer.cutshall2@va.gov . Quotes received after this deadline will not be considered.
