- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91243-20-Q-L014 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05 dated30 March 2020. This is set-aside for small business with a NAICS code of 334112, 1,250 employees. Shipping charges should be included in the pricing of each mobile display unit and not separately. One line item: CLIN 0001: Mobile Display Units with Storage � Quantity of 60 each THESE ARE THE SPECIFICATIONS: Minimum/Maximum Height: 70 inches � 80 inches Minimum/Maximum Length: 38 inches - 48 inches Minimum/Maximum Depth: 26 inches � 36 inches Minimum/Maximum Weight: 50 lbs. � 200 lbs. Black or Grey for primary preferred choice of standard color or majority of flat screens that would be Attached.� Wood tone accents acceptable (Cabinet Top or Edges) Cable management systems Durable metal (steel), composite and plastic to all allow for load capacity of estimated 80 lb. monitor of 42 inches � 52 inches. 4 durable casters with locking wheels, mounting bracket for 42 inch - 52 inch screen.� Cabinet base design capable of storing additional IT equipment.�� Cabinet shall have internal storage space for a minimum 2 feet in all directions. A drawing of the type cabinet is attached in this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Contractor SHALL provide the Country of Origin. Failure to provide the Country of Origin will deem Contractor response as Non-Responsive.
