- 1. The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to solicit quotes for a Contractor to provide repair the irrigation well pump for the VA Portland Health Care System, Vancouver Campus, Vancouver, WA. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is 36C26020Q0505. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be fixed-price. The applicable NAICS code is 541620 Environmental Consulting Services and the small business size standard is $16.5 Million. This procurement is being solicited as open market unrestricted. 3. The anticipated contract period is 60 days from the date of award. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
