- Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to VideoRay, LLC (Cage: 1WC35) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs with an anticipatory award date of 2 July 2020. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The requirement is for one (1) year of maintenance and repairs for the Marine Mammal Programs ROV system (Mission Specialist Series Defender). The service will include all maintenance, replacements, and repairs for parts, accessories, and maintenance. This is not a request for quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit quotations which shall be considered by the agency.
