- Product Service Code: 7030 ADP Equipment Software �NAICS Code: 511210 Software Publishers The U.S. Army Contracting Command � New Jersey, on behalf of U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command � Armaments Center (CCDC AC), Radiographic Evaluation Laboratory at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, is conducting market research to determine the capability of businesses to provide computed tomography analysis software, which includes cast and mold, coordinate measurement, nominal/actual comparison, wall thickness, and porosity/inclusion analyses. Additionally, CCDC AC requires fiber composite and foam/powder analyses, manufacturing geometry correction, and structural mechanics simulation modules as add-ons for this software. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO MONITOR THE GPE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THIS REQUIREMENT.� BACKGROUND: The Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (CCDC AC) supports the development of innovative technology for the Army and Armed Services. CCDC AC provides increased efficiency through advanced technology while also effectively designing safer and more reliable munitions and weapon systems. The multi-faceted programs across CCDC AC require swift and accurate nondestructive inspection and evaluation of any and all Army products or product developments from other service branches within the DOD. CCDC AC is in need of computed tomography analysis software which includes cast and mold, coordinate measurement, nominal/actual comparison, wall thickness, and porosity/inclusion analyses. Additionally, CCDC AC requires fiber composite and foam/powder analyses, manufacturing geometry correction, and structural mechanics simulation modules as add-ons for this software. Dongle license protection and update/service agreement for the software is also required. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210, Software Publishers with a Small Business Size Standard of $41.5 million. The Product Service Code is 7030. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Each potential source is requested to provide the contract number(s), dollar value(s) and brief description of work previously or currently being performed, which specifically demonstrates the contractor's ability to successfully satisfy the requirements of the Technical Services.
