- This Notice is issued to advise that the Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract on a single source basis. This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source announcement only. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Any responses to this announcement will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22, is issuing a notice of intent to pursue a non-competitive procurement with JohnsonDanforth Inc. for VA Greater Los Angeles. The station requires the incumbent, JohnsonDanforth Inc. to continue to provide HVAC maintenance services for 45 days while the procurement for an annual contract for HVAC maintenance is processed. This non-competitive award is implemented by FAR subpart 13.5 in accordance with 41 U.S.C.1901 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of market research to determine the availability and socio-economic category of potential vendors for the upcoming procurement for HVAC services for VA Greater Los Angeles.
