- SOLICITATION The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) has a requirement to systematically clean and evacuate the Operating Room HVAC ductwork at the following location: John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital 4300 W. 7th Street Little Rock, Arkansas� 72205 The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to complete all work associated with systematically cleaning and evacuating the Operating Room HVAC ductwork in complete and strict accordance with the resultant contract. The expected performance period is intended to be 15 days. This is a 100% Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 561790, with a small business size standard of $8,000,000.00.� All responsible SDVOSB�s may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.� All offerors must be registered as an SDVOSB in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Vendor Information Pages (VIP) (https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/) as of the date you�re your quote is received and the date of award, as well as being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov� as of the date of award. An organized site visit will be conducted on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 1:00PM local time.� See the cover page of the solicitation for specific information regarding this site visit. Interested parties must submit all questions concerning the solicitation, in writing, via email to the Contracting Officer. Questions must be submitted by email to james.hunt2@va.gov and received no later than 2:00PM, Tuesday, June 23, 2020.� Questions submitted after this date may not be answered.
