- Lexington VAMC is requesting a vendor to perform unlimited on-site repairs, including travel, labor maintenance, inspection and replacement to include Battery testing and reports The VA is contemplating a base year with 4 option year. EATON 9390-100-160, 480V 3 Phase UPS, EE 78614, S/N EH3928BC04 Services will begin on October 1, 2020. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp website on or about June 03, 2020. This date is subject to change. Site Visit coordination can be arranged by contacting the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Jennifer Cooper at 859-233-4511 x4136 All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) when proposals are received and for the awardee at time of award to be eligible for award of a contract. All contractors must have an active Vendor Information Pages account (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/) reflecting they are currently registered as an SDVOSB.
