- This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is it a promise to issue either a competitive RFP or a competitive RFQ. This notice does not commit the United States Coast Guard (USCG) to contract for any supply or service and USCG is not currently seeking proposals or quotes - USCG is solely seeking information at this time. USCG will not pay any costs incurred in response to this SSN; all costs associated with responding to this SSN will be solely at the interested party's expense. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to procure on a sole source basis engineering services from Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems (LM-RMS) to support development, integration and sustainment of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems.� These services include performance specification reviews and updates; asset performance specifications; training and technical field support; Contractor developed hardware, firmware and software; LM-RMS developed Government off-the-shelf (GOTS) and commercial off-the-shelf software (COTS); sensor and tactical systems; communication systems; navigation systems including analysis for electromagnetic interference, electromagnetic compatibility, and electronic mobile exchange; information assurance; design documentation; system development process; development of hardware, firmware and software; system certification and accreditation; operations; security; testing; safety; and integrated logistics support. The effort will also provide as needed sustainment support for U.S. Coast Guard Sea Commander system and interfaces.� Assets covered by the Statement of Work are systems and/or equipment resident on, or in support of all platforms that require Sea Commander systems/equipment to operate and perform the directed missions.� The Contractor shall provide the necessary support, execution of logistics, engineering tasks and related training activities as specified to maintain Sea Commander assets functioning as designed to ensure maximized availability of these systems.� For any subcontract opportunities, please contact Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems at 199 Borton Landing Road, Moorestown, NJ 08057. Unless USCG finds an alternative or a similiarly capable service, USCG intends to solicit and award this contract to Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems by May, 2021.
