Description

The 502d Contracting Squadron at JBSA-Lackland, TX intends to award a single source�delivery order to Spiral 3 IDIQ Mac Awardee Verizon Wireless, One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920, under the authority of FAR Part FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D).� The proposed contract action is for the acquisition of iPad Airs and screen protectors for BMT and MTI's.� Please see attached�Exception to Fair Opportunity�for further details.� This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 16.5 that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement.
