- Description
- U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award to Haivision for Haivision Premium Support Program for the Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC).� AMO currently owns Haivision�s Coolsign Digital Signage players and server software.� CBP will obtain maintenance and support for this proprietary system and software directly from Haivision. This will enable CBP to keep the system functional. The intent of this procurement action is to maintain service coverage for all Coolsign Digital Signage Players and software. This will provide CBP �access to all software updates and maintenance support for the players and software.� The period of performance will be a base year and two option years.� Base Year�� ��� � June 19, 2020 to June 18, 2021 Option Year 1 � June 19, 2021 to June 18, 2022 Option Year 2 � June 19, 2022 to June 18, 2023 If any contractors feel they can meet the requirements please contact the contracting officer by email at Michael.A.Hall@cbp.dhs.gov by the response date and time listed with this notice.� You must submit a capabilities statement displaying your ability to meet the requirements.�
