- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to N-Ovation Technology Group, LLC. N-Ovation is to provide installation, monitoring, filtering, and maintenance for the guest WiFi for the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System, San Jose Facility. The total estimated value of this contract is not to exceed $369,750.00, with a period of performance of 12 months. This is not a request for a proposal or quote.
