- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, Norfolk VA intends to procure library database subscription with Knovel Corporation 240 W 37th Street NY 10018-6718. The instant requirement is being processed through other than full and open competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements�.� The Government intends to solicit and award to Knovel Corporation on a sole source basis, since they are the only known source with capability of satisfying the government�s minimum requirement at this time.� THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIVE QUOTATIONS.� A request for quote will be available for download on or about 16 June 2020 under RFQ number N0018920Q0355 at the following website: beta.sam.gov � This action will be solicited on a sole source basis under FAR Part 12 �Acquisition of Commercial Items�, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 �Simplified Acquisition Procedures�.� This action will result in a firm fixed-price award type contract with a twelve (12) month base year and four (4)-twelve (12) month option years. Delivery location is United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland� 21402.� This announcement will close on 22 June 2020, 05:00 PM Eastern time.
