Description

THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. The US Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) intends to issue a sole source contract to Integrated Solutions for Systems (IS4S) for performance on FA8650-20-P-4129. The Acquisition will provide support for the Technical Cooperation Program (TTCP) Alternative Positioning, Navigation and Timing (APNT) Demonstration. The deadline of this effort is dependent on the SCORPION real time plug-and-play framework software development. SCORPION is a key enabler for the TTCP APNT project with the unique capability is provides for the demonstration. The Acquisition provides support at AFRL/RYWN offices located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio. This contract will be awarded based on the Justification and Approval under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) �Soliciting from a single source� A Justification and Approval for proceeding with this acquisition under Other Than Full and Open Competition will be posted within 15 days of any contract award. This synopsis does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB) or a Request for Proposals (RFP) nor does it restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice nor will it reimburse firms for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice.
