Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is not set aside; unrestricted solicitation. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) must be listed as verified on the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database located at www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for: Olympus Lease and Full-Service Maintenance for the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS), located in Temple, Texas 76504 in accordance with the Statement of Work. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base year only: 08/01/2020 to 07/31/2021. TECHNICAL QUESTIONS: Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 3:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), June 19, 2020. Please annotate subject line of e-mail with Technical Questions 36C25720Q0363 - Olympus Lease and Full-Service Maintenance and send to Jose Campa, Contract Specialist, at Jose.Campa@va.gov. Please include in your questions the section of the solicitation/page number that your question is referencing.
