- Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b) and VAAR 819.7007, the Contracting Office for Department of Veterans Affairs, San Francisco, California VA Health Care System, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Trillamed, LLC, Corporate Headquarters, 30100 Telegraph Road, Suite 366, Bingham Farms, MI 48025, Phone 866.341.5694, to�provide General Nuclear Medicine Radiopharmaceutical Supplies. The intent of this notice is not to request competitive quotations and no solicitation is available or will be issued. Previously, a Sources Sought Notice was issued with responses received from three (3) Small businesses and one (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Pursuant to VAAR 819.7007, a sole source award will be made to Trillamed, LLC (SDVOSB). All questions concerning this matter should be addressed directly to the Contract Specialist.
