Description

SOURCES SOUGHT: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is a survey to conduct MARKET RESEARCH to determine the interest and capability of small business set aside firm eligible to compete under NAICS code 237120 Design-Build Construction for an upcoming requirement for the Removal and Replacement of Underground fuel Storage Tank(s) in Atlanta, Georgia. �THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. ALL COST ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION AS REQUESTED BY THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. Submission is voluntary. The Sam Nunn Federal Building Currently has (1) Fuel Storage Tank with a capacity of 10,000 gallons, contains diesel fuel, and is constructed of double-walled FRP with interstitial leak detection.� Underground piping is constructed of steel and is single wall.� This project consists of removing and replacing the existing UST 10,000-gallon tank(s), properly installed.� The placement of the tank(s) shall be determined as part of the analysis and design.� This project shall be done on a design/build basis. The project will remove and dispose of the existing 10,000 gallon UST and install a new double-walled, fiberglass tank(s) with overfill prevention, spill protection and fuel delivery system. �Interested firms shall submit (1) NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER OF THE FIRM (including DUNS NUMBER); (2) a CAPABILITY STATEMENT including (a) RECENT (within the last three fiscal years) RELEVANT (similar projects to this requirement) performance history (identifies the name of the owner and their point(s) of contact with telephone, and e-mail addresses.
