- Description
- This is a Sources Sought Notice for the construction of�a 40� x 60� building for equipment storage at the Cowanesque Dam location, Lawrenceville, PA.��The project includes the preparation of the worksite�and construction of�a�40� wide x 60� long building. �The building shall have metal siding with a fully decked metal roof. �A gutter system will be installed on front and rear of building (120�). �The building shall have two (2) 12�W x 12�H overhead doors and one personnel door. �The floor of the building will be a 5� reinforced concrete slab with one bay set up with a floor drainage system. �No electrical or utility work will be included in this project.
