- National Guard Bureau, United States Property and Fiscal Office of Georgia (USPFO for GA), intends to solicit and award a sole source contract, for Eight (8) Months and Sixteen (16) Days, to Score Atlanta, 9755 Dogwood Road, Suite 101, Roswell, GA 30075 for continued advertising and lead generation support of the GAARNG recruiting efforts at all Georgia High School Sporting Events across the state. Eligible Georgia High School students can benefit from the Georgia National Guards and the State�s Service Cancelable Loan Program.� SOURCES MUST HAVE A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH ALL GEORGIA COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL BOARDS FOR SPORTS, MARKETING AND ACCESS TO STUDENTS.� Army point of contact regarding this requirement is Nacoe Dudley at nacoe.t.dudley.mil@mail.mil. This sole source requirement meets the condition on FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1 )(i).302-1 only one responsible source has been identified as reasonably available to provide the supplies / service that will satisfy the Department of Army requirements.� Score Atlanta is the only company that can meet the DoD requirement. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. �This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals. �The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541890 and the Small Business size standard is $16.5M based on the U.S. Small Business Administration. �This will be a firm fixed price contract. �The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. �A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources that believe they can meet all of the requirements may contact the USPFO for Georgia via e-mail at nacoe.t.dudley.mil@mail.mil and be considered by the government. �Any responses/proposals to this notice must be received no later than 11:00 A.M.,�02 July�2020, Eastern Standard Time. �Any firm responding to this notice should identify themselves as either small business, or other than small business, in accordance with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541890. �If no responses are received, a Sole Source contract will be pursued with Score Atlanta.
