- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure WIRELESS BASE STATION COMMUNICATION SYSTEM to be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709. �The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220 (Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing). The procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. Procurement is Brand Name only for CLEAR-COM items supplied by the OEM or authorized distributors.
