- The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Contracting Office intends to release a commercial solicitation, for two (2) Pharmacy Prep Tables. Department of Veterans Affairs, Evansville VA Clinic located at 6211 E. Waterford , Evansville IN 47715 Contractor shall provide two (2) Pharmacy Preparation Tables This contract will be a one-time purchase.
