See Attachment for Details. 36C2452Q0483 Manufacturer: Brand or Equal This is a (Dental Instruments-multiple types) requirement for the (Martinsburg) VA Health Care System, Dental service. The (Martinsburg) VA Medical Center requires the contractor to deliver the dental instruments within 30 days from contract award. Delivery to: (Martinsburg ) VA Medical Center (613) Warehouse/ 510 butler Ave Martinsburg WV All line items on the attachment ""RFQdetails"" shall reflect your contract if on contract otherwise note Open market when it applies on your quote. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this purchase. To be considered for award, prospective vendors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website and complete representations and certifications at https://www.sam.gov. Prospective awardees MUST be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov PRIOR TO AWARD and through final payment, and must complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.sam.gov prior to award and through final payment. CONTRACT WILL NOT BE AWARDED UNTIL SAM REGISTRATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED. SDVOSB and VOSB socio-economic categories MUST be registered within the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) and the Verification Case Management System (VCMS) via www.vip.vetbiz.gov (VetBiz.Gov) PRIOR TO AWARD if selected. Quotes will be evaluated on Price and best value. Award shall be made to the vendor whose quotation offers the best value to the Government. The Government will evaluate information based on the following evaluation criteria: Price Only. If you are a Sole SDVOSB distributor for the manufacturer, that will also be taken into consideration for award. Submission of quotation(s) shall be submitted via e-mail no later than 6/24/2020 at 1:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time). No quotes will be accepted, evaluated, or considered for award through phone, fax, e-mail, or another form of communication. No late submissions of quotation(s) will be accepted, evaluated, or considered for award. Quotes shall be submitted on company letterhead. Commercial format is encouraged.
