- This notice has been amended to include the following changes: Line items have been amended to include the purchase of wheelchairs with a warranty and to add anti tippers, the clauses have been updated, and�the delivery date has been changed from 60 to 30 days after award. Please see the soliciation amendement document and additional warranty attachments to view all relevant details. ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND � Detroit Arsenal (DTA)� currently soliciting and will award a Firm Fixed Price contract � 1 Base Year�and 4 Option Years.� This action will be competitive Small Business Set Aside (100%) for the following items: 15 standard wheelchairs and 5 bariatric wheelchairs to include a one year warranty�in the support of The National Museum of the United States Army (NMUSA). NAICS Code: 339113, Unit of Issue: Each,�Inspection: Destination, Acceptance: Destination, FOB Point: Destination. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.� NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
