Description
The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 20676, 20752 & 20754 � Abatement, Flooring & Lighting B20676 contractor to verify sf. listed in Table 1, below. Demolition Contractor shall move wall shelving in preparation for work in room 104.� Contractor shall Remove and abate flooring in Room 104. Contractor shall remove flooring. As indicated in Table 1, below. Contractor Shall Demo/Remove four (4) humidifiers as indicated in Table 1, below. Construction Contractor to provide and install new epoxy flooring in rooms indicated in Table 1, below. Contractor shall provide and install twenty-six (26) dimmers in all rooms indicated in Table 1, below. Contractor shall provide and Install, fifty-two (52) 2x4 and two (2) 1x4 wraps, New Fluorescent LED Ceiling Lights with compatible energy fixtures with UV Protection in locations referenced on Table 1, below. Installation requirements must match United Facilities Criteria and all KAFB requirements.� Contractor Shall Patch/Repair/Repaint as indicated in Table 1, below. Task performed must match United Facilities Criteria and all KAFB requirements. � Contractor shall use new surface mounted conduit for relocation of existing electrical outlet in RM 104 as indicated in Table 1, below. � Contractor shall reinstall shelving upon completion of work in room 104. � Reachback Electrical: Contractor to hardwire/connect the cubicle furniture to existing pourer sources in floor/wall, qty. seven (7). � B20752 & B20754 approx. 900 sf, contractor to verify sf. Demolition Contractor shall remove existing flooring, disposing of material properly, and encapsulate asbestos, as indicated. See building plan below, indicated in red. B20754 � Hallway NWC B20752 � Laboratory Gen, Storage. � Construction. Contractor to provide and install flooring.� Government will provide part of new rubber flooring material, Contractor will need to provide approximately 3 rolls of 7�wide x 20�long rubber flooring material and all necessary installation materials, i.e. glue, as required. � �
