Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon, GA intends t to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to Attestor Forensics US, Inc. 1171 Apple Road, Quakertown, PA� 18951, IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). �The NAICS code is 334516. �This requirement is for the purchase of the NINcha L31 Forensic Climate Chamber. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. �However, the Government shall consider all responses received by 24 June 2020, 0800 AM, EST. �All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. �Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. �MICC - Fort Gordon will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. �Please email Ophelia M. Brown with responses or questions regarding this requirement at ophelia.m.brown.civ@mail.mil.� This notice will close 24 June 2020, 0800 AM, EST.� Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.� A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government.
