- Description
- The purpose of Amendment 01 is to add the list of existing equipment and part numbers to the solicitation.�See attached PWS Attachment 1_Equipment�Listing for complete breakdown (Note: there are two tabs�in this excel document; one for the Wing Conference Room and a separate tab for the Tactical Operations Center). The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide audiovisual maintenance support for custom-built integrated AV system in bldg. 1, Wing Conference Room and bldg. 25, Tactical Operations Center. See attached PWS, dated 1 June 2020 for further details. Pease note that a firm-fixed priced contract is anticipated and is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards. Wage Determination 2015-4143 r14, dated 27 April 20 is applicable. A site visit is scheduled for�16 June 2020 at 1:30 PM EST. Due to security conditions, all offerors must register to attend the site visit. With the subject line, W50S8J-20-R-0009�Video Wall Maintenance�Site Visit Request, Email the following information for all attendees to christina.e.shorkey.mil@mail.mil and wanda.d.yarbor.mil@mail.mil Visitor�s First & Last Name Driver�s License No., State Issued and Expiration Date This information must be provided by�15 June 2020, in order to ensure access to the military base.Visitors will be escorted by a Government employee from the Installation�s Main Entry Gate to the site visit location. You will be required to present the following information upon arrival: (1) Vehicle Registration, (2) Valid Driver�s License, (3) Proof of Insurance for Vehicle, and/or (4) Safety Inspection and Car Rental agreement if applicable. Any of the above information furnished by you is protected under the Privacy Actand shall not be released unless permitted by law and/or you have consented to such. We are currently monitoring developments regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic but at this time we do not anticipate that it will affect the date of the site visit or the potential award/ performance of any subsequent contract. In order to limit exposure to contractor, as well as base personnel, we are requesting that all contractors limit attendance to two (2) representatives per company. All persons attending the site visit will berequired to wear a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines. Contractors may bring their own mask or the Government will provide one if necessary.
