- San Juan National Forest, Dolores Ranger District, RMRI White Sands Thinning. Update�0001 The purpose of this update is to correct the date for responses in the�attached Statement of Work. The correct date for response is July 7, 2020 at 5:00pm MDT. A revised statement�of work is attached. The SF1449 has also been revised. See FAR Clause 52.212-2 for edits. End of Update0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1282CS20Q0037 and is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06. This requirement is solicited as a Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns (Total Small Business Set-Aside) under NAICS code 115310, Support Activities for Forestry, Fuels Management Services with a U. S. Small Business Administration size standard of $20.5 million. This is a requirement for commercial and plantation thinning for the San Juan National Forest. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Additional clauses and provisions applicable to this acquisition are attached. Evaluation shall be made on a Best Value basis in accordance with FAR Clause 52.212-2. A current Contractor registration is required on the System for Award Management (SAM) website,�https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. Quoters must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 115310 as a small business in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM or return a fully executed Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Jun 2020) FAR clause 52.212-3 with their quote. Deadline for submitting quotes. Quotes shall be submitted by email to the contracting officer at�randal.sadler@usda.gov no later than 17:00 MT, July 07, 2020.
