Pre-solicitation Notice Synopsis N00174-20-R-0208 Subj: Franklin Covey Trainings Product Service Code (PSC): U008 NAICS Code: 611430 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), Contracts Department, Code 02 intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract for the purchase of Speed of Trust Foundation and Leading at the Speed of Trust training classes with Franklin Covey (CAGE 1PJX8), 2202 Parkway Blvd, Salt Lake City, UT 84119-2099. In order to ensure continuity in training of the workforce and senior leadership based on Senior Leadership participation in the Speed of Trust Foundations and Leading at the Speed of Trust, it was determined that only Franklin Covey�s courses would meet the command�s need.� Award is expected to be made in September 2020, place of performance is at Government site. These courses are proprietary to Franklin Covey and are not offered by another vendor.� Comparable courses developed by another offeror would not ensure the continuity in training required for the Command to maximize the effectiveness of the trainings already received.
