- GOOSE CREEK TEMPORARY FENCE - BLM NEVADA The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office has a requirement for construction of the Goose Creek Temporary Fence, on lands managed by the BLM Elko Field Office. A site visit will not be held. NAICS: 238990 - All other specialty trade contractors, Size Standard: $16.5M, 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Construction Wage Rate Requirements are applicable to this project and the appropriate DBA Wage Decision(s) is included. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the Disclosure of the Magnitude of this construction project is less than $25,000.00. Pursuant to 40 U.S.C. 3132, construction contracts exceeding $150,000.00 will require both Performance and Payment Bonds equal to 100 (more)
