- Solicitation Information �All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.sproul@navy.mil no later than 1:00PM EDT 05 June 2020. Solicitation N0042120Q0275 is issued as intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Selex ES Inc. under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Selex ES Inc. is the only available source for their proprietary information to ensure compatibility and consistency for the required templates to support upcoming production equipment installation efforts. Offeror�s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. ***Basis for Award***� This notice is intent to Sole Source with Selex ES Inc.
